This can be a dessert as well as a way to start your day.
They are moist and healthy not to menton very easy to make.

Servings: 9 medium muffins Preparation time:10 minutes Cooking time: 20 minutes
1 cup of blackberries (any other berry would be fine).
2 bananas medium ripe
2 cups of rolled oats
1/2 cup of brown/coconut sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
1tsp chia seeds.
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F / 200 C.
Get a standard muffin pan and add 9 paper liners in each hole.
In a medium bowl mash the bananas with a fork, beat in the eggs and the rolled oats, baking powder, sugar and vanilla and seeds.
Mix well. Stir in the blackberries gently.
Divide the batter into the muffin pan and bake for 20 minutes (at 180 degrees C).
