Here a super easy and flavorsome side dish to be add to some roasted potatoes or roasted mix vegetables or why not, just have a lovely huge portion by itself!!!
Preparation time: 15 minutes + 1 hour to marinate
Cooking time: 30 minutes
2 tbsp soft honey
2 garlic cloves crushed
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Peel the parnsnips and cut them vertically into thin sticks.
In a big bowl put the parnsnips, add the honey, garlic, olive oil and salt and pepper and toss very well to coat them.
Leave to marinade at room temperature, then cover a baking try with some baking paper, lay the parnsnips on top making sure they are not o top of each other and bake to 180 C degrees for 30 minutes.
