Herbs are a precious touch which can brighten the taste of a dish and mix well either in soups or in main and veggie dishes.

They are also used as natural remedies - phytotherapy. (

PARSLEY - Vit. A,C,K rich in antioxidants.

CORIANDER - folate, potassium, manganese.

BASIL - Vit. A - C - K, iron calcium, magnesium.

THYME - Vit. A, C, copper, fiber, iron.

OREGANO - Vit. A, C, B6, calcium, iron, magnesium.

DILL - Vit. B6, iron, phosphorus, potassium, manganese.

MINT - Vit. A, iron manganese, folate.
